Safety Guidelines

Safety isn't a feature. It's the entire foundation.

All sessions are nonsexual — no exceptions

Every session facilitated through Heidi is strictly nonsexual. This is non-negotiable for both clients and providers. Any violation results in immediate account suspension.

Mandatory Meet session first

Every new client-provider pairing must begin with a Meet session (30 min, public location). This is required before any other session type is available. It exists to establish in-person comfort before longer or private sessions.

Provider vetting — no exceptions

Every provider on Heidi has completed: government ID verification, a full criminal background check, a 30-minute video interview with the Heidi team, and our safety and boundary training.

In-session check-ins

Automated check-in at 45 minutes into any session over 60 minutes. If you don't respond within 10 minutes, Heidi's operator is alerted automatically with your name, provider name, location, and emergency contact.

Panic button

The 'I need help' button is visible on every screen during an active session. Tap once to access three options: immediate operator alert (delivered within 30 seconds), session end, or incident report.

Boundary agreements

Both parties review and confirm the service boundary agreement before every booking. Violations are taken seriously and result in immediate suspension.

Private location unlock

Sessions at a client's address are only available after a completed Meet session with that provider. The $20 Meet session is required before any private location booking can be made.

Reporting and support

If something doesn't feel right — before, during, or after a session — contact the Heidi safety team at safety@heidiapp.com. We take every report seriously.
