What Heidi is

Heidi is a platform for emotional companionship, practical support, and safe human presence. That might look like someone to accompany you to a difficult appointment, sit with you through a hard day, help you get through a move or a breakup, or simply be a consistent, caring presence when you need one.

Companions on Heidi are vetted, trained, and committed to showing up with care and clear boundaries. Clients come to Heidi because they need something real — not a prescription, not a hookup, not a substitute for therapy.

What Heidi is not

There is no version of Heidi where sexual services are acceptable. Not implicitly, not “by arrangement,” not under any circumstances. If that is what you are looking for, this is not the right platform.

This is not a gray area. It is the line that makes everything else on this platform possible.

Rules for everyone

These rules apply to all users — clients and companions alike:

• Be honest about your identity and your intentions when registering and when booking.
• Honor the boundaries you agreed to before the session — do not push, renegotiate, or test them once a session has started.
• Do not request, offer, or engage in sexual conduct or communication of any kind.
• Treat every other user with dignity — no harassment, no threats, no discriminatory language.
• Use the in-app reporting tools if something goes wrong — do not handle safety incidents outside the platform.

Additional rules for companions

• Conduct all sessions within the agreed service scope only — do not offer or accept requests for services outside what was booked.
• Do not share personal contact information (phone number, social media, personal email) with clients outside the platform.
• Do not contact a client after a session has ended except through the Heidi messaging system.
• Report any boundary violation — by a client or by yourself — to the Heidi team immediately.
• Notify Heidi of any criminal charge or arrest within 48 hours.
• Complete annual background check renewal as a condition of remaining active on the platform.

Additional rules for clients

• Do not pressure a companion to change the scope of a session, extend the session without consent, or agree to anything outside the original booking.
• If a companion makes you feel unsafe or uncomfortable — for any reason — report it immediately using the in-app report button or by contacting us directly.
• Do not attempt to continue contact with a companion outside the Heidi platform.

Enforcement

Heidi reviews all reports and applies enforcement proportional to the severity of the violation:

• Minor violations (disrespectful messaging, late cancellation) — formal warning and documented record.
• Repeated or escalating violations — account suspension pending review.
• Any sexual conduct, solicitation, or trafficking-related behavior — immediate permanent ban and referral to law enforcement.

Heidi reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement where required, including sharing account records relevant to criminal activity.

How to report

Use the report button visible during any active session for immediate escalation. For incidents outside an active session, or if you want to report something you observed rather than experienced, reach us at info@pleaseheidi.com.

All reports are reviewed by a person on the Heidi team — not an automated system. We respond to all safety reports within 2 hours during active session windows.

You do not need to be a registered user to file a report.
